Please note that due to legal and shipping restrictions, we cannot process wholesale orders to the following destinations: Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Libya, Myanmar, South Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Iran, and Russia. Applications from these regions will not be approved.

4. How to Apply

Applying for a wholesale account is straightforward. Please follow these steps:

4. Account Approval: Once your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email with your wholesale account details, a copy of our current wholesale catalog (if available), and instructions on how to place orders.
5. First Order: You can then place your first wholesale order by email or through a dedicated wholesale portal if one is provided. A member of our team will assist you throughout the process.

There is no fee to apply or maintain a wholesale account. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale privileges if we determine that products are being resold in violation of our terms or in unauthorized markets.

5. Order Process and Payment Terms

Once your wholesale account is active, ordering is simple:

• Product Selection: Choose the items and quantities you need. If you need help selecting products, our account support team can provide recommendations based on current trends and bestsellers.
• Quotation and Proforma Invoice: We will prepare a proforma invoice that includes itemized pricing, shipping estimates, and the total amount due. This invoice will be sent to you for confirmation before payment.
• Payment: Payment is typically required in full before dispatch. For large or custom orders, a deposit of 30% to 50% may be required before production, with the balance due prior to shipment.

Can I mix different products to reach the minimum order quantity?

Yes, you can mix different SKUs to meet the minimum order value or quantity. However, for certain custom packaging or private label orders, individual product MOQs may still apply.

Do you provide samples before I commit to a large order?

Can I return or exchange wholesale orders?

How do I become eligible for net payment terms?

Do you offer dropshipping services?

We do not offer dropshipping or any service where we ship individual orders directly to your customers under your brand name without you holding inventory. All wholesale orders are shipped to your business address or designated warehouse. If you are looking for a supplier who ships directly to end customers, our wholesale program may not be the right fit.

Can I sell your products on Amazon or eBay?

Yes, you may sell our products on third-party marketplaces, provided that your listings use accurate product information and you do not imply that you are an official brand store unless we have given you written authorization. We reserve the right to request removal of listings that misrepresent our products.
