These Shopping & Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from HONG KONG HAOJING TRADING LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. They apply to all customers, including individual retail buyers and approved wholesale partners, regardless of location. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Payment Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. 1. Order Placement and Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or inability to ship to the destination.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and processed. Until that time, no contractual obligation exists. The order confirmation email will include your order number, itemized list of products, total amount paid, and estimated delivery information. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
2. Product Information and Availability
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, shade names, and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However, due to variations in display settings and manufacturing batches, actual product colors and textures may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Product sizes and packaging may also change without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options: a full refund for the unavailable item, replacement with a similar product of equal or greater value, or a delay in shipping while we restock. We will not substitute items without your consent.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default, with an option to view in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or other currencies depending on your location. The final amount charged will be the amount shown at checkout in the selected currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of a pricing error, whether due to technical malfunction, typographical error, or human error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after payment has been processed. If we cancel such an order, we will issue a full refund immediately and notify you via email.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing for wholesale accounts. For wholesale orders, deposits and balance payments may apply as described in the Wholesale Program page or your proforma invoice. Failure to pay any balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Please refer to our Payment Policy for more information on accepted methods, security, and chargebacks.
4. Order Cancellations and Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed, please contact us at contact@dxbbflyer.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We may cancel an order at any time if: (a) the product is unavailable and no suitable replacement can be agreed upon; (b) payment cannot be verified or is declined; (c) the shipping address is in a restricted destination; (d) we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms; or (e) there is a pricing error or technical issue. In all such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong SAR. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical estimates are 5-10 business days within Asia and 7-15 business days to North America, Europe, and other regions. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier operational issues, or other events outside our control.
We do not ship to the following countries or regions: Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Libya, Myanmar, South Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Iran, and Russia. If you attempt to place an order to one of these destinations, it will be canceled and any payment refunded. This list may be updated from time to time to comply with international regulations.
6. International Orders, Customs, and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong SAR, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your destination country. You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees before your package is released by local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are your sole responsibility.
We have no control over the amount of customs charges and cannot predict them in advance. If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct any return shipping costs and customs fees incurred from your refund. If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
By placing an international order, you confirm that the products you are purchasing are permitted to be imported into your country. Certain cosmetic ingredients may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.
7. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, seasonal discounts, or bundle deals. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, are valid only for the specified period, and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Gift cards are issued in electronic form and are redeemable only on our website. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. If a gift card is used to pay for an order that is later returned, the refund will be issued as store credit to the same gift card or a new gift card, not as cash.
Wholesale customers may receive separate promotional terms as agreed with their account manager. Retail promotions do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
8. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
Our cosmetics are intended for external use only. Always follow the instructions on the product packaging. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new cosmetic product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Approved wholesale partners may receive marketing materials for use in their own sales channels, but such use is limited to the specific materials provided and must not alter or misrepresent our brand.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HONG KONG HAOJING TRADING LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product, excluding shipping and taxes. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, labor disputes, customs delays, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation networks. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimize the impact on your order.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

We may update these Shopping & Purchase Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or product offerings.
